Originally from New York, Lillian moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and joined The Accountancy shortly after. Since then, she has grown alongside the firm, becoming a key part of the team through her adaptability, organizational skills, and people-first approach.
With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a background in healthcare and caregiving, Lillian brings a unique perspective to her role and is passionate about creating supportive, efficient environments where both people and processes can thrive. Lillian’s passion for health and wellness naturally carries into her involvement with the firm’s Wellness Committee, combining her love for movement, healthy living, and team engagement in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, Lillian enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Whether training for a race or exploring a new trail, she brings the same energy, discipline, and enthusiasm to her personal life that she brings to the team every day.
